Gentlemen:
We wish to appeal the addition of any business in our one -family resi-
dential area.
Our reasons are:
1. Businesses bring excess traffic in a child rearing and child playing
area.
2. Businesses need parking and there is no public parking in our already
congested parking area.
3. Re -sale of homes with a business on the street may be difficult and
lower the property value.
As a long-term property owner on 73rd Ave. West, Edmonds, we do not be-
lieve it is in the best interest of our one family residence area for any type
business being allowed.
