I am submitting a request for Critical Area Assessment of a single family home, which I am considering
purchasing. The address of the home is 18005 73d Ave. W, Edmonds.
Currently I have made an offer on the house, and am very much hoping that the process of creating the
Critical Area Assessment could be expedited. After explaining my situation to Suzie at Development
Smices of the City of Edmonds, she recommended that I make a written request to expedite the process
while explaining my needs.
My purchase of the property may be decided on based on the ability to remove some or all of the trees
currently on the lot. I am further requesting that the plann r who will be involved in the Critical Area
Assessment address, in written form, specifically regarding the possibility/ ability of removing the trees on
this lot.
I very much appreciate you assistance, both in making the assessment, and any way that you would be able
to expedite the process of creating the assessment. If someone would be able to contact me regarding the
time horizon in being able to complete the Critical Area Assessment and how I could obtain a copy most
expeditiously, I would be grateful.
