Mr. Mills has some extra concrete and dirt which he can place at the toe of the slope. This may be of some value. As you know, we removed a tree at the above location which had blown down and was causing a traffic problem. The tree came from private property and should have been removed by the owner, but a traffic problem existed so we went ahead and removed it. I do not feel we should fill the slope. I feel the filling of the yard above caused this tree to blow down. We will be glad to give the owner some dirt, but the owner must complete the work requested.
