Dear Mr. Stutz:
It has come to the attention of the Building Department that you have a
solid fuel burning appliance installation in your residence -at the above
address for which no permit has been obtained. -
Chapter 3 of the Uniform Mechanical Code, as adopted by the City of.
Edmonds, requires a permit and inspection for any heat producing appliance.
Enclosed is a permit application and an informational packet. Please
fill out the applicable sections on the application form (those within
the heavy black lines) and return together with the stove manufacturer's
installation information and a floor plan of your installation, within
10 days of receipt of this letter.
If there are further questions, please contact the Building Department.
