heavy rains during.November of 1978 and March 1979. Some
were only for covered inlets, others for plugged drains and
creeks. During the week of October 22 to October 26, 1979
all of these addresses were checked for possible plugged
or trouble problems. Nothing was found to cause a problem.
These addresses were checked by Leadman Bill Stroud.

SUBJECT: STORM DRAINAGE DAMAGE, �18102 88TH AVENUE WEST
An intense rain storm in the.evening of November 3, 19M,
resulted in heavy storm water runoff from the 182nd Place
S.W. cul-de-sac, and 88th Avenue West areas. The intensity
of rain and wind with the storm caused blockage of various
.catch basin inlets for heavy Autunm leaf drop which conse-
quently resulted in increas ' ed drainage flow on 88th Avenue to
Olympic View Drive. A three inch depth raised edge gutter was
installed along the west side of 88th Avenue at the time of
recent street overlay. However, the intensity of the rainfall
caused overflowing of the gutter at 18102 88th Avenue 11est.
Street crews responded after notification by Sno-Com for
-cleanup of the driveway area the following morning November 4.
Approximately 1-i, yard of debris was removed.
