Mrs. Willie V. Thompson, 18111 80th Avenue Westj PR 6-2875, now owns this
property. She proposes to give me an easement to run a sewer line across her
property (Tract "C") to the sewer line on the east end of her retained property
and on Olympic View Drive. This property is higher than the lot I am considering
buying and would require digging a sewer line approximately 13 feet deep Mrs.
Thompson states.
Please furnish the following information to reach me by not later than
30 October 1970:
a. Is it feasible to connect on to the sewer line on Dlympic View Drive
as proposed above?
