There were no known downstream problems and the system appears to have adequate capacity. The outflow from both lots 4 and 6 are proposed to tie into the existing storm system on Olympic View Dr. A I 0-inch SD pipe is proposed to convey the outflow towards the existing storm system where the system will step down to an 8-inch SD pipe. Refer to the calculations attached to the letter for more details. The total site includes impervious area of 0.21 Ac and total pervious area of 0.60 Ac. The total developed I 00-yr flow was determined to be 0. 15 cfs, please see attached WWKM project report, This flow rate can be conveyed in a 4.04-in pipe at 0.5 percent at minimum, please see attached worksheet using Flowmaster program.
