SUBJECT: 18306 88th Ave. 14estEllra.- Shaw.
Mr. Gary Rothfuso Snohomish County Health Inspector, and I inspected
the Don Fitzgerald property located at 18311 Sunset Way. The property
is receiving septic effhent from a 411 diameter dra in tile connected to
Mrs. Shaw septic tank.
Mrs, Shaw was notified on February 20, 1968, of the L.I.D. 151 sewer
project and has never made arrangements to connect. Mr. Rothfus officially
gave Mrs, Shaw notice to connect within 30 days because of the extreme
health h-azzard.
Mrs. Shaw is contacting Mr. Fitzgerald in order to acquire a 51 sewer
easemdnt,fo-r-�construction of her sewer line. When the property owners
settle this problem, Mrs. Shaw will apply for a permit-.fer-&-T*Pm-jt from
