CITY OF EDMONDS This is to confirm a conversation I had with Tricia Bennon the plan reviewer for this project. Due to the unusual configuration of this house the analysis program could not handle the actual configuration. As a result I had to make simplifying approximations in the layout. The computer output reflects this simplified configuration. Due to this change I also had to model geometry changes with added false beams. The beams that are not on the plan or were not calculated are due to these modeling limitations. I have supplied bl 4 calculation sheet which was inadvertently not printed. I have addressed bl 3 which was over the allowable deflection on the cantilever by a note on that calculation sheet. To eliminate confusion in reviewing this plan I have reviewed and wet stamped the plan. If you have any further questions or I can be of any further assistance please call me at the above numbers.
