E, (pp. 8-9), and Examples (pp. 11-12), to assist with completion of this worksheet. -

Subject: Sight obstruction in right-of-way adjacent to subject- address
Mr. Kershner:
A complaint has been received by the City reg arding an obstruction caused
by the bushes on 88th Ave. in front of your property., City staff investigated the
complaint, and it appears that the trees across your street frontage extend
considerably into the public right-of-way. This makes it very difficult for traffic on
184th St. S.W. to see traffic approaching on 88th Ave.
Your cooperation in bringing these trees into compliance is appreciated. The
Street Maintenance workers will be instructed to do the necessary trimming if
you are not able to accomplish it by September 22, 1997
