Attached are the materials you submitted August 19, 1980.
These materials do not appear to be relevant to the current
situation and are, therefore, being returned. If you still
want a Side,Sewer Permit, you can complete an application
at the Public Works building, 200 Dayton Street, from 8 A.�.
to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday.
The sanitary sewer easement over Tract ' 106 would be a
private easement granted to the owner of the residence if the
property were ever divided. At that time*, the City would re-
quire proof of such an easement. The utility easement which
you wish to nullify does not appear to be to the City and is
not,'therefore, of concern to us at this time.
if you wish to further clarify the reason for these ac-
tions, please send a note back to me with an explanation of
why you feel the City is involved. . I

IN CONSIDERATION of,benefits to accrue to the grantors
herein, the undersigned, Han Z. & Regina K, Park
and hereby grant to the CITY OF EDMONDS,
a Municipal Corporation, a permanent easement for the installation,
operation, and maintenance of Water, Electricity, Telephone
over, across, tErough and below the following
described property, and the further right to remove trees, bushes,
undergrowth and other obstructions interfering with the location,
construction and maintenance of said utility or utilities,
together with the right of access to the easement at any time
for the stated purposes.
The easement and right-of-way hereby granted is located
in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington, and is more
particularly described as follows:
Tract 106, Edmonds Seaview Tracts, According to the plat thereof
Recorded in Volume 3 of plats, Page 76, Records of Snohomish County, Washington.
10 foot wide along the south edge of the property desribed above.
By this dedication, the preexisting Utility Easements over, across,
through and below the following property are'nullified.
Lot 10, block 1, Admiralty Acres, According to the plat thereof
recorded in Volume 12 of plats, Page 48, Records of Snohomish
County, Washington.
The CITY agrees to restore to substantially the original
condition such improvements as are disturbed during the construc-
tion, maintenance and repair of said utility or utilities; provided,
the grantors, their heirs or assigns shall not construct any
permanent structure over, upon or within the permanent easement.

The matter. of.. . the sewer connection f or your prop-

vestigated by the Engineering and Water/Sewer Departments.
It has been concluded -that a waiver is to be granted you
due to the steepness of the terrain. However, when the
surrounding area is further -developed, connection will
be required.
Although a waiver for the connection of your prop-

following stipulations are strictly adhered to:
