undergrowth and other obstructions interfering with the location, construction, and maintenance of said sanitary
sewer main and appurtenances, together with the right of access to the easement at any time for the stated
purpose. The easement hereby grahted is located in the COUNTY OF SNOHOMISH, STATE OF
WASHINGTON, and is more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet in width being 5 feet on each side of the following described line:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the above described property; thence North 88108'50" West, 22.29
feet to the true point of beginning of the centerline of said easement; thence South 23134'27" West,
175.89 feet to a point of intersection with the westerly right-of-way of Olympic View Drive, said point
being the terminus of this centerline description.
ALSO beginning at the northwest comer of the above described property; thence South 0032'50" West,
154.65 feet to the true point of beginning of the centerline of said easement; thence South 71100'31 "
East, 43.14 feet to a point of intersection with the westerly right-of-way of Olympic View Drive, said
point being the terminus of this centerline description.
Said 10 foot strip of land extending to exterior lines of said Lot 24.

THE CITY agrees to restore to substantially the original condition such improvements as are disturbed
during the construction, maintenance, and repair of said sanitary sewer main and appurtenances, provided the
grantors, their heirs, or assigns shall not construct any permanent structure over, upon, or within the permanent
easement.
The right-of-way, during its existence, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding on
the successors, heirs, dnd assigns of both of the parties hereto.
