Dear Ms. Perrin:
, I have been advised i that you were in City Hall a few
da ys ago attemti : ng to obtain infotmation about the*payment
on the lien which we hold on your'property.
I am unable to locate a payment schedule. We should
meet and attempt to work one out., It would s.implify the
processes a lo.t.for.both you and theCity.
A time limit should have been established when.the lien
was filed; p erhaps four., five, or six years. my suggestion'
at this time would be to pay as much o.f it now as you can,
-to save.that 6% interest. When you are in City Hall to.make
the payment, we'll prepare a schedule for paying the -remainder.
