Subject: Sight obstruction in right-of-way adjacent to subject address
Dear Resident:
A complaint has been received by the City regarding the obstruction caused by
the bushes on the 84th Ave. side of your property. A site inspection shows that it
could be hazardous for drivers at the stop on 186th St. S.W. entering onto or
crossing 84th Ave. W. because of the sight obstruction created by the. bushes.
Your cooperation to trim these bushes so that they are in compliance would be
appreciated. The Street Maintenance workers will be instructed to do the
necessary trimming if you are not able to accomplish it by September 5, 1995.
