There is obvious septic tank drainage on tile front
lawn extending down to the road which appears
to be due to a very inadequate drain field.
The present tenant, Mr. M. Harvey, who has been
living in the house for the past six months,
states that he has contacted the owner of the
property, Mr. Charles A. Hansen, address: 18627 -
sist W., Edmonds, several times without getting
action to correct this condition. This situation
is a violation of our City health Code, Section
320-020.
I would recommend that the city:takes the necess-
ary steps to have Mr. Hansen correct this sani-

children playing in this street.
