Dear Resident:
The City of Edmonds has a utility easement running through your yard. A sewer manhole
has been buried approximately 6" deep. Sewer crews will be raising the manhole lid so it
is to the existing ground level. We will try to accomplish this during the week of
September 29, 997.
Please remove any debris which is covering the manhole since our crews will need access
to add a ring to the manhole, bringing the manhole to ground level.
If you are concerned about any property which is close to the manhole, please remove the
items before the manhole is raised.
