We appreciate your concerns regarding uninterrupted water and sewer service on
January 1, 2000. For the past year, the City of Edmonds staff has been in contact
with the various suppliers of our computer systems to verify that City systems will
continue to function on January 1, 2000. We have also been in contact with our
water suppliers, the City of Everett, Alderwood Water District, and Seattle Public
Utilities. All indications we have received are positive and your water and sewer
services should not be interrupted.
