Dear Mr & Mrs Marquette:
I have reviewed your account and will allow a credit for the billing period between
September 22, 1997 through October 31, 1997 in accordance with our City policy. The
policy states that the customer will be billed at the retail rate based upon the average water
consumption for the same period during the previous year. In addition, the excess water
lost from the leak will be billed to customer at the City's wholesale rate with a 15%
surcharge added for administrative cost. Only one leak credit will be granted in any three
year period.

SUBJECT: PROPOSED CULVERT AT 18805 - 89th Ave. W.
Your request to install the subject culvert as shown in
your letter of April 28, 1980 is approved. The pipe must be
12-inch diameter concrete culvert pipe installed with the bell
end facing East.
Two alternatives exist regarding installation:
1) You can contract with a bonded, licensed contractor
to install the culvert, perhaps in conjunction with
driveway installation. The contractor must obtain a
Right-of-way Construction Permit.from the Public Works
Department prior to starting work.
2) City forces will install the culvert if you provide
the culvert at the site. This material can be obtained
from Associated Sand & Gravel, Everett Concrete, or other
similar companies.
We should note that the paving or other work done in the
right-of-way requires a Right-of-way Construction Permit. Please
contact Bob Franklin at 775-2525, Ext. 220 if you have any ques-
tions. If you wish to pursue alternative 2, please contact Abe
Blandin at 775-2525, Extension 250.

Dear Mr. Adams:
I wish to inquire as to the feasibility of obtaining
vehicular access to my property from lB8th street. This would
require removal of some young trees and installation of a culvert
in the present open drainage ditch. I assume an average width diive-
way of approximately 12 feet would suffice. In addition, I would like
to receive an estimate of cost for such an installation.
