NOTE No. 3—Top of side sewer must have at least 30 Inches coverage at property line and 12 inches inside property line; minimum grade of 2%.

Crews have reported that t e 'ire hydrant is too close to the fence at
18823 Soundview Drive and may cause problems for fire fights in an
emergency situation in the event of a fire. Please check this out and
notify resident if this is a problem for you.
Could you let me know what the results are so the crews can mark cards
if it is not going to be altered so we will know in the future that
this is know by the Fire Department and no changes are needed.
