period during the previous year charged at normal customer rates, plus
the excess usage charged at the City's cost, plus a surcharge of 15%

Dear Sir:
I would like to request relief from our current water
bill, Account No. 341125. For the September -October
time period we use around 15 units of water and 199 was a
great shock. We didn't know about the leak until it
surfaced on Thursday, October 15. 1 immediately shut off
the water and made arrangements to have the line repaired,
which was accomplished on October 19.
I hope than an adjustment can be made before the due date
of December 18.
