Edmonds, WA 98020
Nov. 24, 1986
To Duane Bowman,
Enclosed is a drawing of our house as it sits on the lot.
Also enclosed are a copy of our state license and a copy of
a projected daily schedule, indicating outdoor play times..
The state license includes the name of my sister, Deirdre
Nicodemus, who is living with us at this time and will be help-
ing with the daycare. She is not an owner of the property.
Our fenced play area will be what we call a courtyard
on the first level of the house. It is partially covered by
one end of the upper level and by a walk way which leads to the
main entrance to the upper level. There is a cement floored
area and also an area with plantings. It is completely enclosed.
There is room in the carport and outside of the carport,
up by Oly.View Dr., and across the street by the trees on Blake
Pl. for additional parking.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Abby Benoit
