maintenance of a water pipeline and appurtenances, over, under,
across, through and upon the west 10 feet of the hereinabove
described Parcel A and the west 10 feet of the north 87 feet of
the hereinabove described Parcel B.
When necessary to maintain, repair, clean or reconstruct
the water pipeline and appurtenances, the owners, their heirs,
successors, and assigns, of the above described Parcel C, shall
have the right of entry for such purposes to the easement right
of way reserved and conveyed herein, provided that, when such
entry is made to maintain, repair, clean or reconstruct said
water pipeline, such work shall be performed in a workmanlike
manner with all reasonable haste and the premises shall be
promptly restored to its previous condition as soon as is
reasonably possible.
This instrument shall be a covenant running with the land
and shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their �eirs,
successors, and assigns, forever.
