Pursuant to your request, a site investigation -was made into your concerns regarding
overgrown vegetation on 192 "d Street SW near 80th Avenue West. A notification letter is
being sent to the homeowner requesting removal of the vegetation. The rocks are in the
right-of-way, which is maintained by -the Public Works Department. It is their
responsibility to make the decision about removing rocks from the grass area. I am
forwarding your complaint, along with a copy of this letter, to them.
If you have further questions regarding the rocks, please contact Jim Kammerer, Street
Division Manager, at 425-771-0235. If you have any other concerns regarding traffic
safety, please contact me at 425-771-0220.

Section of City Code. Street to be kept clean at all times. A 24 - hour notice is required for inspection by Engineering. Call

Dear Mr. Walker,
it is requested that you approve a permit to have PUD No. 1
reroute an overhead service to 19120 81st Ave. W. such that it
does not pass over my property located at 19128 81st Ave. West
for the following reasons:
1. This service drop was previously installed to an
exiting PUD pole # 2 lol7ated oast of house 19120 and
was rerouted over my property without any constiltation
or approval by myself or the owner of house 19120.
Please see attached Sketch 1.
2. The estimated cost to have this service drop installed
underground is $1,000.00.
3. My house at 1.91.28 is the only house in this immediate
area that has an underground service. Please see
Sketch 2.
4. A telephone line is installed to house 19120 using
PUD pole #2, ( My line is istalled underground) Please
see Sketch 2.
The PUD engineers at a site survey (Nov 16) said that the
PUD pole # 2 would have to be replaced and the overhead service
could not be done because the local codes.

Critical Areas Checklist
The Critical Areas Checklist contained on and submit it to the City. The City will
this form is to be filled out by any person review , the checklist, make a precursory site
preparing a Development Permit visit, and make a determination of the

During this past summer, we understood that Mr. Li'brande was
actively pursuing an easement across a neighbor's property. We
have been waiting to see how -that worked out because our desi'gn
would be based on the best available access to the low area.
Since Mr. Li'brande has not gi*ven us a copy of the easement,
we have proceeded with.the project based on the origi'nal plan. We
currently have prelimi'nary plans that we hope to fi'nish in the near
future. We are still hopeful that -we can get this constructed-thi's
year.
