Dear Mr. Weller:
It has been brought to our attention that you have placed a metal storage shed in that
portion of the unopened right-of-way on 192nd Street S.W. which is just south of your
property. Such structures are not allowed in the City right-of-way.
Please provide this office documentation that shows us that the portion of 192nd Street has
been vacated and is now your property. If no such documentation exists, please remove the
shed from the City right-of-way by July 22, 1992, or obtain a street use permit from the
Building Department.
If you have any questions, please call me at 771-0220.
Sincerely,
Addison L. Chrisman IV
