The purpose of the Checklist is to enable City staff to
.determine whether any potential Critical Areas are, or

Dear Resident:
As you are aware, 76th Avenue West between 196th Street and Olympic View Drive
(Perrinville) is to be improved by constructing a 44-foot roadwayp curbs and gutters,
sidewalks and storm sewers.
This improvement is a joint venture between the City of Edmonds, City of Lynnwood
and the Urban Arterial Board of the State of Washin-tono of which the City of Edmonds
has been designated as the sponsoring agent responsible for the supervision of design
and construction.
The construction will be accomplished by Coulee Construction Company, Inc.
Work will commence, approximately July 1. 1971. Access to the abutting properties
will be maintained except there will be short periods of time that access will be
curtailed. The property owner will be notified of quch curtailment.

In addition to roadway constructiong water services to residences are to be
relocated, It will be necessary to interrupt water soirvice for a short time.
Resident occupants will. be notified prior to the intervuption.
If you have any trees# shrubs, flowereq fences i)nd/or other improvements with-
in the street right-of-wayt you are advised to remove these immediately.
Sewer laterals will be installed to properties not now connected to the sanitary
sewer. If the sewer lateral has not been installed to the property linet please
advise the project engineer (Forest Roff, 778-1171) in order that side Sewer locations
can be determined and installed at this time.
Construction of this nature can be extremely hazardous particularly to young
curious children* It would-be greatly appreciated If you would caution your children
to stay clear of the construction work.
