I met with your builder several weeks ago concerning, among other
things, the drainage system installed at your new home. Your system, a
detention pipe with a spreader trench, has been inspected and
approved: We have, however, recently heard from your neighbor to the
west, Mr. Herman, and he has expressed concern that water from the
trench is going to impact his property. We suggested.that an
acceptable alternative would be for him to provide you with an easement
so that you could tightline a pipe from your detention system directly
into the City storm system on Olympic View Drive. This will not only
help Mr. Herman, but should also help you keep your yard from becoming
saturated with water each winter.

Thi letter is concerning the driveway @ the Wilson residence at
the above address.
The driveway was constructed per plans, and the average slope is
just under 20;.
The horizontal dimension measured @ the center of the drive
from the property line to the garage doors is approximately 90 ft
90 ftx.20=18
Starting grade is 102+18-=120
Garage slab grade is 118, therefore we are under 20% grade.
The slope of the driveway is not uniform and some portions do
exceed 20% grade,(see atached drawing).

Drive
The City has received an application for a Building Permit for the
property located at 19209 Olympic View Drive.
The subject lot contains approximately 13,000 sq. ft. The zoning on
this property is RS-12. The lot has adequate lot width and area. This
lot was apparently created in the early 1950's in Snohomish County.
This lot should be considered a legal lot as the lot appears to have
been created in the early 1950's while in Snohomish County but complies
with the City's current zoning regulations.
