I nave been retained to design a residence on lot
B, portion of tract 86; Edmonds Sea View tracts, for
Dr. and Mrs. Blair, 8426 N.E. 22nd Place, Bellevue, 0
Washington; on their behalf I request you grant us
Qauthority for a 207o driveway slope.
o The reason for this request is that the lot slopes
Qso steeply that a 20% driveway is the only economic-
ally and environmentally reasonable alternative. (See Q
attached plans and topog) And, infact, it is the a
only possible one. There will be no traffic,
pedestrian, bicycle or safety hazard. The public
health, safety and general welfare will not be
adversely affected. n�
