Dear Mr. Lamb,
On . April 25, 1986, you submitted an application for a home occupation
for a sign painting business. Bruce Finke, the Associate City Planner,
informed you that one aspect of the business, drying the signs on the
rear patio, would not be allowed. You amended your application to
reflect this.
The home occupation permit was not issued. I have attempted to reach
you by phone on this matter, but have been unsuccessful. In need to
know the following:
1. Are you conducting a sign painting business at the above address?
2. Do you wish to obtain a home occupation permit?
3. If not, do you wish to withdraw your home occupation application?
Please let me know by October 31 whether you wish to proceed with the
home occupation permit. I can be reached at 771-3202.
