We do not give a credit for this type of loss. It is impossible to determine an average bill since you have not lived at this address long enough to establish last years average. We contacted Mr. Hoff of Day and Nite Plumbing who found a damaged irrigation pipe and repaired it on December 21, 1987, copy of invoice enclosed. Since it was apparent the pipe was damaged by Thuesen Development during clearing of their lot south of our property I contacted Bjorn Thuesen. After Mr. Thuesen inspected the damaged pipe he agreed his equipment operator broke the pipe and would pay .the repair bill. I also asked Mr. Thuesen if he would pay for the additional water used because of this damage and he suggested I contact you and ask for a credit. The damage occurred sometime between October 16, 1987 and December 17, 1987. I have also enclosed a copy of our water bill and a partial payment of $50.00 which I think is about our average consumption. Please contact me on how you would like to proceed. Thank you. HAHN DIRECTOR Jerry Hauth of our office has asked that I get involved in the dispute between you and Mr. Thuesen. It is our understanding that there was an agreement between you and Mr. Thuesen to allow Mr. Thuesen to discharge storm drainage to Olympic View Drive. If this is true, it would be difficult for us to referee a public disagreement. If, however, Mr. Thuesen does not have an agreement or understanding with you, Mr. Thuesen would still be required to install a drainage system.
