RE: Leak in faucet
Dear Mr. Kroll
I have reviewed your account and will allow a credit from October 12, 1995 through
January 24, 1996 in accordance with our City policy. The policy states that the customer
will be billed at the retail rate based upon the average water consumption for the same
period during the previous year. In addition, the excess water lost from the leak will be
billed to customer at the City's wholesale rate with a 15% surcharge added for
administrative cost. Only one leak credit will be granted in any three year period.
