k The undersigned applicant, his heirs and assigns, in consideration. for
the City processing the application agrees to release, indemnify, defend and
hold the City of Edmonds harmless from any and all damages and/ -or claims for
damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from any action
or inaction is based in whole or in part upon false, misleading or incomplete
information furnished by the applicant, his agents or employees.
The existing access easement which was granted to Kreiger/Tuttle and Dr.
Wright is feet in width and —follows an existing drive into Tuttle's
property on the north. This limits the amount of additional area which
could be obtained from the east. The topography of this lot ranges from
10%-15% with excell'ent view to the Sound. The shape of my property i"ugh
that the proposed lots on the west side of the existing private road are
subdivided in a fashion that appears most feasible.
2. How does your property differ from other property in the same
vicinity?
The size of My property is much larger than most surrounding ownerships,
approximately 5.84 acres; proposed Lot 2 has all utilities directly to
the lot.

other property or improvements in the vicinity?

Only if I have to go to the city and petition to the city to vacate Excels r
Place along the no property line ot proposed Lot 2. This vacation process
is time consuming and we would prefer using this area as a buffer to Tuttle's
properEy; the city may want to reserve utilities easements in Excelsior Place.
NOTE: The city may not want to vacate Excelsior Place - then the on1v area I
could.get tor Lot 2 would be on the ea-�Isld—eof the easement totally unusable
to the lot owner.
