property that is blocking the sight distance requirements on 196th Street SW and 88th
Avenue West. I have enclosed a copy of Edmonds City Code 9.25, STREET
OBSTRUCTION. Per this code, the City at this time is requesting that you remove or
trim the vegetation from the southwest comer at 88h Avenue West, at the stop sign..
