In reference to rHA Case No. 561-294-125-203, Item
VC-41, which you referred to as some requirement of the rHA
in respect to drainage and flooding within this area, please
be advised that we have made an inspection of the vicinity
and find that a complete storm sewer system is in existence
which drains this area.
Portions of the storm system were just recently
completed under the UAB Project improvement of 196th Street
S.W. It is our opinion, therefore, that'the subject property
is not prone to flooding. Attached is a sketch depicting the
storm system and topography. If'you have any further questions,
please give us a call.
