oubstantiated by Snohomish Health District's report included
in Reference "b".
2. Only one (1) septic tank installation has been approved for
this area since Its annexation to the City of Edmonds.
3. The difference in elevation between 86th Place West and a
manhole an 200th Street S.W. is sufficient to allow flow
into the city sewer system.

DISCUSSION:
The development of thirs area was planned,, approved, and started
prior to its annexation to the city� The city has only Approved one.(1)
septic tank installation, and this approval was to the same standards as
the county. , Therefore', the staterfent in Reference "all that the city has
been lax in its policy on septic tanks is incorrect.
