clearing of that lot will affect water runoff,' as the topography of
the land slopes severely from east to west, and she will be

Part of the reason for Ms. Connolly's concern is that her
neighbor to the north, Frank Johnson, at 19705 88th Ave. West,
suffered extreme water runoff problems when a home was built to the
east of his home creating additional runoff.
Ms. Connolly would like you to be aware of the potential
runoff problem, so that you may require the builder to provide
appropriate drainage so that Ms'. Connolly's property is not
affected.
If your engineers would wish to take a closer look at the
situation, they may contact Ms. Connolly at 7767.8681 to go out and
view Ms. Connolly's property and the proposed building site to see
how the clearing of the lot may affect water runoff.
