Re: Debris in easement
I write to clarify the issue regarding easements as recorded per Plat
of Northern Estates. A fifteen (15.00) foot access and utility
easement exists on your southern fifteen (15.00) feet of property. As
shown on the attached drawings, this easement is for ingress and egress.
After speaking with residents of the 199th Street neighborhood,
attention has been focused on the debris which is preventing access
through the easement. I am, therefore, requesting -you to remove any
and all debris within the easement. Please comply with this request no
later than March 30, 1991.
