SUBJECT:- DRAINAGE AT 19904 MAPLEWOOD DRIVE
. The Northstream Basin is drained in a swale which runs throuah
the subject property. The approximate location of the property is
shown on the attached map. Pri'or to approving the building permit
for this property, we wi'll need a plan showing how the drainage i,s
to be handled. Our concerns are:
1. Prov.ision for upstream drainage.
2. Provision for drainage from the pipe draining the adjacent
access roadway.
3. Provision for drainage from upslope properties to east and
west if any fill is comtemplated.
We hope yoy see the need to address these concerns at this stage.
We can provide some information.helpful in sizing pi*pes if you choose
such an approach. Please contact Bob Franklin at 775-2525, extension
