care for the chip -seal program and were looking to form an L.I.D. to have the street
paved with asphalt. Apparently there has been no activity on that proposal.
We have decided therefore to put 83rd West on the Slurry Seal program, which is an
enhancement of chip -seal and schedule it for August of 1992 in our Street Repair
Program.
