The lot is 60 ft. wide (after the dedication of 5 ft.) but because it is a corner lot the with two front yard set -backs, the combination of the front yard and side-ya:n� set -backs reduce the buil'-ling envelope to 27.5 ft. This would. create a long narrow house quite out of keeping with the adjacent traditional structures. 2. How does your property differ from other property in the same vicinity? The major Oifference is in the set -back requirements. 3. Will this variance be detrimental to the public or damaging to other property or improvements in the vicinity? Yo 4.
