The property at 20102 83 rd Ave. W had preliminary approval for a subdivision, so it looks like the address 20104 was assigned for the proposed second lot, but the subdivision was never finaled and has since expired. So, can you remove the address 20104 from that parcel? it should be labeled as just 20102 83 rd Ave. W. Thanks!
