SUBJECT: Complaint by Mr. Donar of 20226 Maplewood Drive;
Nature of Complaint: Fence
As per your request,, I contacted Mr. Donar and checked out the
problem at the site. It is'questionable whether the fence was knocked
down or fell down under its own sheer weight.
The fence is constructed of "questionably" secure iron posts
and three (3) strands of plain, old rusty wire. It projects half way
into the improved street of 13th Avenue North in the plat of "Sierra
Highlands."
Unless otherwise dictated by you, I will request that the Public
Works Department put up some sort of barricade. The quality of the
barricade will be better than the quality of the fence -- but not much!1

NOTE No. 2—Obtain full Information regarding Ordinance 11.16.030 and Regulations go�erntng side sewers when you get permit.
NOTE No. 3—Top of side serwer must have at least 30 inches coverage at Property line and 12 inches inside property line; minimum grade of 2%.

NOTE No. 4—Trenches In street must be water settled and surface of street restored to original condition. ContrUCtors shall be responsi . ble for
failure due to improper work which may develop within one year of completion.
