I met with JJ Dowling yesterday, 11/11/16 afterjust installing three new fire extinguishers from Costco. I also
adhered the numbers 230 at the SE side of the building, on the post where the new gate will go in the future. I
have researcged a couple names of companies who will come out and service on an annual basis. I will follow
up with them to place me on the list for next year.

The Edmonds City permitting database has record of the (owner Hunt) apartments dating to construction in
1957.
A tank permit was taken in 1997 for decommissioning of underground storage tank (attached).
No other records applicable to the scope of this information request.
The Department of Fire Prevention office has address file on this property dating to (owner Jack Williams)
apartments in 1969, when periodic fire prevention activities commenced for this occupancy. In 1982 the
occupancy was upgraded with smoke alarms, rated door self -closures, and solid bonded woodcore doors. No
other records applicable to the scope of this information request.
The Snohomish Fire District #1 incident database has one emergency medical aid call in June of 2012. No other
reported applicable incidents are found at this address since l/l/201 0 when Edmonds City jurisdiction became
the emergency responsibility of Snohomish FD#l.
