reveals that necessary corrections have not been made and that a sewage

was found consisting of Effluent running out onto yroRergy to the West,
This condition is in direct violation of Section 13 of the Sewage V-'aste Disposal Resolution
passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Snohomish County effective January 1, 1963
which states:
"Sewage disposal systems shall be maintained in accordance with this resolution
and the rules and regulations of the Health Officer adopted pursuant to this
resolution, and no sewage disposal system shall be used which directly or indirectly
discharges upon the surface of the ground or into any waters within the County
unless the contents of such system hove been subjected to approved purification
and bactericidal treatment".
This condition is also in violation of the Rules and Regulations of the State Boord'of Health,
Section .50.100 (3) which stotes�
"No privy, urinal,cesspool, septic tank or other receptacle for human excrement
shall be constructed, maintained, or used which directly or indirectly drains or
discharges over or upon the surface of the ground".
You are hereby notified to correct this nuisance by making such repairs as are necessary to
keep this sewage underground within the limits of your own property within 30
days from the date of this notice.
Please notify this office either by phone or by mail when this correction has been made.
