As you know, my office represents Bob Hovde in the above lawsuit
for complaints by the owner concerning a home built by Hovde Homes
at 20425-88th West, Edmonds, Washington.
This will confirm your telephone conversation with my office in
which you agreed to testify as a trial witness. This case is sche-
duled to be tried beginning May 7, 1985 in the Snohomish County
Superior Court, 3100 Rockefeller, Everett, Washington. I am en-
closing a subpoenaiand witness check for this trial date. Please
acknowledge receipt on the copy of the subpoena enclosed an ' d return
it to me in the envelope provided-. My office will be in touch with
you as the trial date approaches to schedule a specific time for
your appearance.
This will further confirm that you have agreed to meet with me on
May 1, 1985 at 1:00 p.m. at the offices of the City of Edmonds,
