SUBJECT: SIDE SEWER PROBLEMS
Mr. Garcia was referred to me by Archie Brena, Water/Sewer Supervisor,
to provide him with his side sewer location information as he has
problems with plugged sewer. Mr. Garcia called me late this after-
noon and I provided him with dimensions as indicated on the drawing.
I indi'cated there should be a clean -out at the 4' dimension at the
bend. I also gave him remaining estimated locations assuming that
the drawing was accurate.
He indicated that he has been having trouble for some time, Last
year he c1eaned it out himself. This year Evergreen had been out
and had done 75' of line and had cleaned out some tree roots (.last
week). Problem is recurring and Evergreen will come back out if
he will dig up the clean -out.

NOTE No. I —The owners of the Property may obtain a Permit to construct sewer inside Property line. A licensed Side Sewer Contractor must
be employed to construct side sewer In street area. Do noet cover any porijon of sewer before It has been inspected.
