at 20714 - 82nd Avenue West, Edmonds.
Dear Mr. or Mrs. Wi rth:
The matter of your sewer connection for the above subject property
has been investigated by the City Engineering Department, and a conclusion
has been formulated.
. . Your property is in a Local Improvement District, and there
is a sewer lateral available at the southeast corner of your property.
Therefore, the City of Edmonds will still require connection of your
property to the City sanitary sewer system.
* Since the July 1, 1974, deadline date for connection has expired, .
you will need an extension of time in order to have the connection completed.
Before an extension can be granted, you must obtain a Side -Sewer Permit.
To obtain the Permit.- you must furnish our office with the property legal
description, a plot-�lan drawing of the work to be performed, and the
Permit Fee. ($35, It is requested that you'contact the Public Works
.-.Department regarding this required sewer connection by August 26, 1974.
