On January 15, 1991, 1 again visited the complex behind your
property (Edmonds Dental Center) in response to your complaint.
During my investigation of the site I observed no conditions that
were in violation of the Edmonds Community Development Code,
(ECDC).
In your complaint, you alleged that fill from the construction of
the parking lot above, had caused your fence to fail. I found only
leaves and other normal windblown debris against the fence at the
rear of your property. I did note the combination wire and wood
slate fence was failing, but could not find this failure due to
fill from the adjacent property. My investigation of your complaint
found no violation of the ECDC, therefore the complaint has been -
closed.
