July 16, 1992
On July 2, 1992, Rob Michelle contacted me regarding 20901 - 76th Ave.
West. At that location there was a plugged sewer and Roto-Rooter
indicated the plug was in the City line. On July 2, 1992, Everett
confirmed a sewage spill out of the clean -out at the property line. On
July 8, 1992, the Northeast Lakes Water/Sewer District attempted to TV
with a lateral camera. There was too much debris in the way. On
July 14, 1992, City crews dug at the property line and cl.paned the line
then pushed the 6" camera through. Roots were found at a distance of
3' east of the main line in first joint. On July 20, 1992, City crews
excavated and repaired the lateral.
