7. MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS

impact fee shall be calculated from the Edmonds Road Impact Fee Rate Study Table 4 (attached)

GENERAL
NOTES
1.
It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to avoid damage or
disturbance to all existing utilities. The contractor shall.
contact all utilities Including but not limited.to telephone.,
power, sewer, water, -gas, and cable TV for the purpose of
identifying the correct locations prior to construction.
2.
Manhole, inlet and catch basin frames and grates shall not be
adjusted to finish grade until just prior to.paving and pouring of
concrete curbing.
3.
Storm water retention -detention facilities must be constructed and
maintained in accordance with City of Edmonds requirements.
4.
Provide and mai ' ntain the temporary sedimentation collection
facilities to insure sediment laden water does not enter the
natural drainage system. These faciliti * es must be in operation
prior to clearing and building construction and satisfactorily
maintained until construction and landscaping are completed and the
potential of. on -site erosion has passed.
5.
All disturbed areas such as retention facilities, roadway
back -slopes, etc. shall be seeded with a perennial ground cover
grass to minimize"erosion. Grass seeding will be'done using an
approved hydroseeder or as otherwise approved by the Public Works,
Department.
6.
All dimensions -are to center of catch basins unless otherwise
noted.
7.
All wor.k,and,materials shall be in accordance with the latest
edition of the Standards and Specifications for City of Edmonds and
APWA, and any requirements established at City Hearings.
8.
All catch basin and inlet grates shall be d F-presaed 0.10' below
pavement level..
9.
All R/D pond berm construction to be monitered by
Geo-Techni,cal�Enlgineer. Berms to be compacted to at
,least 95% of the maximum relative density as determined
by Section 2-03.3 (14) D of the Washington State Highway
Department 1980 Standard Sepcifications.
