The anchor pin pierced my sewer line leading to the City's main sewer, eventually causing the blockage and backup of sewage into my home. My line had to be immediately repaired. . P.U-D- has claimed thit they.are not responsible because they had relied upon City records for the location of my sewer line prior to sinking their pin and that their pin was sunk in an area where those records show there should be no sewer line. This provision cannot be waived. (RCW 35-31-040) The pertinent sections of the applicable laws of the State of Washington are - hereafter set forth relating to such filing. The 120 day limit in the statute is no longer valid, and makes this Notice somewhat misleading. See, e.g., Hall v. Niemer, 97 Wn. 2d 574, 649 P.2d 98 (1982).
